Cape eagle owl--a voice of its own

If you are lucky enough to be accompanied by a Bushman in the Kalahari Desert in South Africa, you might get to see the elusive Cape eagle owl. If their sheer size doesn't thrill you, perhaps their orange eyes will. If you have time to hang around to hear their voice, it will be a unique one, and researchers are able to distinguish individuals from one another using only their vocalizations.
