 . . . but you ain't seen nuthin' till you've taken a walk in wheelchair-accessible Waterfront Park and Blackbird Island. We moseyed the trail along the Wenatchee River, spied on a stalking Great Blue Heron and a bridesmaid group tubing in the languid early fall water. It's the kind of place you'd meet a friend for coffee and catch up.
